Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure all activities comply with current industry standards.
  • Maintain client satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient responses to any inquiries or challenges.
  • Create a safe and positive working environment for the team and assign tasks to ensure all duties are covered.
  • Greet customers/students warmly and professionally upon arrival, offering assistance as needed.
  • Address customer/student questions and forward any complex issues to superiors when necessary.
  • Guide customers/students around the academy and help them familiarize themselves with the layout.
  • Monitor waiting areas, ensuring that idle instructors are accounted for and maintain professionalism.
  • Report any incidents or irregularities directly to management to ensure proper action is taken.
  • Manage crowd control at the beginning of classes, particularly in busy areas like the DTS (Driver Training Section).
  • Inspect training vehicles for cleanliness and report any issues related to dirty or improperly parked cars.
  • Monitor instructors during training sessions and report any unprofessional behavior or inactivity.
  • Identify and report any prohibited actions taking place on the ground.
  • Coordinate the movement of cars on the training ground to ensure smooth operations and avoid traffic issues.
  • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure everything on the ground is running efficiently and safely.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards on site.
  • Assist with any other tasks as requested by management to support the smooth operation of the academy.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education or training in relevant fields is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Literate ( basic Microsoft office)
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to reporting issues.
  • Ability to move and assist with manual tasks when required (e.g., car movement, checking cleanliness).
  • Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR1,800.00 per month
