Duties

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds looking pristine
• Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct gardening tasks like planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while applying horticultural best practices
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris, leaves, and trash regularly
• Support general land management activities such as soil preparation, fertilization, and weed control
• Use hand tools and landscaping equipment skillfully to complete daily tasks with precision and safety

Qualifications

• Prior experience or interest in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely following all safety protocols
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques is desirable
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic physical fitness for lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license preferred for equipment transportation or site access
