We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and maintain flower beds to ensure a neat and attractive appearance
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as planting, watering, and fertilizing plants
• Remove debris, leaves, and trash from outdoor areas regularly
• Maintain and operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines in all groundskeeping activities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related field preferred
• Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools
• Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license may be required for equipment operation or transportation
