Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper, Maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of outdoor spaces by performing landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping duties. Your proactive approach will ensure that our grounds remain inviting, well-kept, and safe for visitors and staff alike. Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and edging to keep grounds vibrant and healthy
• weed control
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for trimming, edging, digging, and other landscaping activities
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify hazards or areas requiring attention and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
• Support overall maintenance efforts by cleaning up debris, removing weeds, and ensuring pathways are clear and safe

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is appreciated
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers safely
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials when necessary
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward grounds upkeep and safety standards
