Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at TFL Hotels. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the outdoor areas of our properties, ensuring they are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance of lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas.
• Irrigate plants and lawns according to seasonal requirements.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively for groundskeeping tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of walkways, parking lots, and outdoor facilities.
• Assist in landscape design projects as needed to enhance property aesthetics.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing groundskeeping duties.

Requirements

• Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
