Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and reliable Groundskeeper and Property Manager to join our team. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities and other related properties. This role involves a variety of tasks, including lawn care, snow removal, preventative maintenance, and miscellaneous tasks around the warehouse, office and off-site properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the appearance of the lawn, including mowing, pulling weeds, and general landscaping duties.
• Perform snow plowing and salting as needed during winter months to ensure safe access to the facility.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for the building, including inspecting for any issues and addressing them promptly.
• Maintain facilities by replacing light bulbs, cleaning filters, and addressing any other maintenance needs.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks around the warehouse, such as organizing inventory or assisting with cleaning.
• Occasionally deliver or drive parts as needed.
• Work with the Owner and/or GM as needed on various maintenance and groundskeeping related tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours. Approximately 20 hours per week with opportunity for more hours occasionally.
