Grounds Position

30 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Grounds staff member. This role involves maintaining the appearance and functionality of apartment grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities
Perform routine grounds maintenance including lawn care, landscaping, and gardening tasks.
Maintain cleanliness of areas such as walkways, parking lots, and common spaces inside building.
Assist with general apartment maintenance tasks as needed.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and debris from grounds and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently.
Sanitizing hallways and elevators.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping.
Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with groundskeeping tools and equipment.
Work Environment

This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and may involve occasional weekend or evening shifts.
