Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join our senior leadership team on-site in Dubai. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will be a strategic partner.

You will drive measurable business growth through OOH marketing, PR campaigns, and performance marketing, aligning with our rapid expansion across the UK, Europe and Dubai. You will play a critical role in leveraging AI in marketing and growth strategies, increasing market share, building brand awareness, and leading community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & Leadership: Shape and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business objectives, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns across PR, OOH, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable performance.
• Brand & PR Leadership: Develop and execute brand strategy, managing public relations and media outreach to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
• Community & Market Expansion: Drive initiatives that build and engage communities through partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic activations.
• Performance Marketing & Analytics: Oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and AI optimised.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams across product, operations, and leadership to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.

Must Have

• Proven experience in public relations, branding, and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns
• Strong background in performance marketing and advertising
• Demonstrated success in launching campaigns that increased market share for the company
• Experience building and engaging communities through partnerships and activations
• Minimum 10+ years of senior marketing or growth leadership experience
• Experience leveraging AI in marketing and growth strategies

Technical Skills

• Experience across digital marketing platforms and advertising channels
• Strong understanding of creative tools and marketing technologies
• Expertise in brand development and campaign execution

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong management, communication, and decision-making skills
• Highly driven, confident, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
