Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Fitness Coach specializing in group training, with additional personal training experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and committed to creating an inspiring, engaging, and results-driven environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group fitness classes in line with established coaching standards
• Coach a minimum of 3–4 classes per day
• Conduct one-to-one personal training sessions
• Provide excellent service to both existing and prospective clients
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and routines
• Monitor participants during sessions to ensure correct form and prevent injuries
• Modify exercises to suit different fitness levels and abilities
• Track client progress and adjust training programs accordingly
• Enforce safety guidelines and proper use of fitness equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a group fitness coach and personal trainer
• Recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, CrossFit Level 1, or equivalent)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of group training and personal training principles
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective fitness sessions
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Proven ability to create personalized training programs
• Strong leadership qualities and a positive, flexible attitude
• Professional, punctual, and responsible
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop
