Pilates Instructor

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Group Class Coach / Personal Trainer specializing in Reformer Pilates and functional fitness. The ideal candidate excels in delivering engaging group classes, has strong one-on-one coaching experience, and upholds professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of coaching as per set guidelines.
• Coach a minimum of 3 classes per day, with an expectation of 4 classes daily.
• Conduct personal training sessions and individual fitness coaching.
• Deliver exceptional service to members and maintain a safe, clean training environment.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct form.
• Offer exercise modifications based on clients’ fitness levels and needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs accordingly.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure proper equipment usage.
• Encourage and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in group fitness and personal training.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition.
• Strong programming and client-adaptation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certified (preferred).
• Passionate, reliable, organized, and professional.

Location: Kuwait - Tax-Free Country

● Minimum Monthly Salary 700 KWD

○ Basic salary for 90 classes a month/6/days a week ( Guarantee salary when the coach takes holidays)

● The commission is 50%

● Shared accommodation equivalent of 200 KWD

● Transportation to and from work

● Private Medical Insurance (Approximately 300KWD)

● Access to gym facilities for personal use

● Annually flight

● 30 days of vacation (Minimum Monthly Salary)

• Kuwait City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
