Kids Fitness Trainer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Kids Instructor to join a prestigious fitness center based in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with children, creating engaging fitness experiences, and maintaining a safe, fun, and motivating environment for young members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate fitness, movement, and activity classes for children
• Plan and conduct structured group sessions promoting physical development, coordination, and confidence
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children during sessions
• Build positive relationships with children and parents through excellent communication and care
• Support in organizing kids’ fitness events, workshops, and special programs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio/activity areas and equipment
• Promote private coaching sessions and assist in member retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in fitness, sports, dance, gymnastics, or education
• Relevant fitness/coaching certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
• Candidate with a nurturing and approachable coaching style preferred

Package & Benefits:

• Salary: KWD 700 - 1,000 per month
