Group Finance Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) to lead financial operations for a diversified business group with operations in UAE and Pakistan.

This role will act as the central finance control office, coordinating financial management, reporting, audit compliance, and treasury operations across multiple entities involved in signage manufacturing, outdoor advertising infrastructure, trading, and property development projects.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong expertise in financial governance, company restructuring, audit control, and multi-entity financial management, with direct interaction with senior leadership and UAE operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead group-level finance, accounting, and reporting operations across UAE and Pakistan entities
  • Ensure strong financial controls, governance frameworks, and audit compliance
  • Manage group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis
  • Oversee treasury, banking relationships, and cash-flow management
  • Lead corporate restructuring initiatives and financial strategy planning
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate internal and external audits across group companies
  • Develop scalable financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
  • Additional certifications in finance, taxation, or corporate restructuring will be considered advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 to15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
  • Prior UAE experience is mandatory, preferably within advertising, construction, signage, manufacturing, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven expertise in corporate restructuring, financial reorganization, audit control, internal governance, and project-based accounting for capital-intensive operations.

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT frameworks, and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
  • Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, QuickBooks) and advanced in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strategic finance leader with strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and the ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple entities.
  • High integrity professional with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communicator skilled at coordinating cross-border teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
