Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee case management, strategy, and compliance across all legal areas.
• Manage external legal firms running litigation/disputes while handling litigation matters and general matters in-house.
• Oversee case management, strategy, and compliance across all legal areas.
• Oversee contract disputes, lease agreements, and lender negotiations.
• Manage tenancy disputes, guarantor checks, and debt collection.

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in property law, covering residential, commercial, and construction disputes. With at least 6 years in the UK in the Construction or Commercial Residential industry
• Current SRA practising certificate with authorisation to conduct litigation.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor legal teams.
• Experience with property portfolio management and landlord-tenant matters specific to high-value residential and commercial properties.
• Familiarity with construction industry standard forms, including contentious and non-contentious work.
