Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead our human resources function and strengthen organizational culture across our UAE operations. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and building a high-performance, people-first workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
  • Champion a strong workplace culture that fosters engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective performance management systems to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Lead learning and development initiatives to upskill employees and support career progression.
  • Utilize HR analytics and reporting to guide strategic decisions and measure HR effectiveness.
  • Build transparent communication channels and feedback mechanisms to improve employee experience.
  • Drive change management and organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or professional certification (CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
  • 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership, culture transformation, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and manage diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, talent management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
