We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Group HR Manager to join our leadership team at Simex Group. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources across multiple entities to make a significant impact within our growing and diversified organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with the Group’s vision, business goals, and growth objectives.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, drive change management, and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee retention efforts across all entities within the Group.
  • Design, establish, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance organization-wide.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and manage comprehensive performance management frameworks, training programs, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and governance standards in all operating regions.
  • Coordinate and standardize HR practices across all subsidiaries and divisions to promote cohesion and operational efficiency.
  • Lead HR budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to support organizational growth.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives related to restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic projects.
  • Establish effective communication channels between senior management and employees across all entities.
  • Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams in each entity to ensure compliance and alignment with Group-wide policies.
  • Act as a key advisor to the Board and executive leadership on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within large, diversified group organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment.
  • Proven experience managing HR in a multi-company environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic HR initiatives and lead diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
  • Arab nationality is required.
  • Locally available
