Role Overview:
The Group HR Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and aligning the human resources strategy across all business units within the group. This role ensures that HR practices support the organization’s overall business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and promote employee engagement, development, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all HR matters.

Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Talent Management

Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the group.

Drive performance management and employee development programs.
Employee Experience & Culture

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning.

Ensure consistent communication and alignment of HR policies across entities.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global standards.

HR Operations & Compliance

Standardize HR processes and systems across the group.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all jurisdictions.

Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making.
Team Leadership

Lead and mentor HR leaders across business units.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-entity or large group organization.

Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.

Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices across regions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with HR technology platforms and data-driven decision-making.

Fluency in English and Arabic
