HR Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our Dubai office, supporting the development of effective HR strategies, recruitment, and employee engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about building a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee development programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company regulations.
• Support payroll preparation and HR reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within logistics or service industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
