Role Overview

The Group Parts Ordering Expediting Analyst will be responsible for handling Caterpillar Parts Ordering across all Mantrac Business Units. This role will ensure smooth ordering and invoicing processes, coordinate closely with Caterpillar supply facilities, and act as a critical link between suppliers and Business Units to resolve issues, validate orders, and monitor lead times. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to improve parts availability and support business efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Caterpillar Parts Sales ordering and invoicing for all Business Units.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders in line with company policies.
  • Act as a key liaison with Caterpillar supply facilities (GRM/MEDC/JDC).
  • Address and resolve issues related to parts ordering and delivery.
  • Perform daily checks on order validation processes to ensure compliance with policy and parameters.
  • Handle daily inquiries regarding order status, uplift requests, and escalations with both suppliers and BUs.
  • Provide clear updates and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Follow up on lead times to increase parts availability.
  • Support initiatives to reduce working capital and inventories.


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in accounting, supply chain, logistics, or ordering processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different cultures and organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
