Group Procurement Coordinator
Location: Dubai/ Egypt/ Pakistan
Join our dynamic team as an Group Procurement Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in Procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, ensuring purchase process is efficient, compliant, and in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities
Procurement and Supervision

Coordinate and oversee procurement activities carried out by the regional procurement department to ensure compliance

Supervise and manage purchasing duties for the regions
-
Consolidate purchasing plans and requirements from regions and align them with group procurement strategies

Prepare plans for the purchase of spares and services
-
Monitor and validate supplier agreements across regions
-
Plan, Review, and analyse products and services to be purchased
-
Manage and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
-
Maintain an up-to-date group-wide supplier database, consolidating supplier performance, qualifications, delivery times, and product/service ranges

Coordinate discrepancies and disputes as per company procedure between the Site and the Suppliers

Raise purchasing orders in ERP as per company policy and procedures

Utilize existing preferred supplier agreements and identify items required to be purchased

Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams
Data, Reporting & KPIs

Consolidate procurement data and reports from the Group
-
Monitor KPIs across all regions (requisition closure times, supplier performance, urgent order management, Cargo-wise updates, etc.) and report variances to management

Prepare group-level procurement dashboards and audit reports for management review

Track savings, cost avoidance, and process efficiencies across the group
Audit

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Ensure archiving all work-related documents

Standardize processes across regions
Requirements
-
Degree in relevant field
-
Certification in Procurement & Supply (mandatory)
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Secondary stores and mechanical knowledge (preferable)
-
Knowledge of the drilling industry (preferable)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced)

Experience with ERP system (preferred)
