The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Group Quality Audit Manager to support Almarai’s strategic objectives by leading audits and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality management systems within our Dairy and Poultry Farming Division . This critical role involves reviewing risk management processes, evaluating internal controls, and driving the implementation of robust food safety and quality systems across the division...


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audits across all business units to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards for dairy and poultry farming division.
  • Evaluate and enhance risk management and control processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to instill a culture of quality and compliance
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership


Candidates without the following will not be considered:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline (mandatory)
  • Formal certifications in HACCP, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005, and ISO 14001
  • 10–15 years in a senior/group QA role within the food industry, preferably in a multinational company
  • Minimum 5 years of auditing experience in dairy / Poultry Farming environment
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and change management skills
  • Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and drive results
