GroupHR Manager (Hospitality OR Retail Experience)

Job description:

We have a role with a local Group that has diverse lines of businesses. Around 6 different businesses in Hospitality and Retail sector.

Role is at group level - Group HR Manager - based in their head quarters at Dubai office.

Looking for a young, energetic and passionate HR Manager to lead the function.

We are looking for a candidate based in a region with a strong experience from relevant sectors ONLY.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Hospitality or Retail industry. If you have worked in a hotel/ restaurant/ club/ lounge set up - then please do apply.

- Managed a team of HR and admin officers/ staff

- Have got hands on experience on all key aspects of the HR function

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in core HR
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in multiple countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
