Human Resources Business Partner

Mackenzie Jones is currently partnering with a well-established regional organization to appoint a senior HR Business Partner to support a key business unit within a diversified group.


This is a high-impact role requiring a resilient and commercially minded HR professional who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including the CEO, influencing stakeholders and shaping people strategy.


The role requires a mature and credible HR leader with strong expertise across strategic HR disciplines including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability.


Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business leadership to contribute to the development and execution of the Business Unit strategy, ensuring people priorities support overall business objectives.

• Support the development and implementation of the HR business plan, aligning HR initiatives with broader corporate strategy and goals.

• Ensure effective implementation of group HR policies, frameworks, and strategic guidelines across the Business Unit, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Contribute to HR budget planning and cost management, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and aligned with operational requirements.


Key requirements:

•The ideal candidate will bring 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to multinational environments, strong stakeholder management capability, and familiarity with corporate governance frameworks.

•Experience within Real Estate, Construction, EPC, or Fit-Out environments would be highly advantageous.

•This opportunity would suit a robust and confident HR professional who is comfortable operating in complex environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
