Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can efficiently manage recruitment, employee records, and HR operations while supporting a productive and professional workplace in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Support performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
