Groups Executive

Responsibilities: The Groups Executive is responsible for attending to Group/ MICE Queries from agency partners from Markets assigned and maximize materialization.
Educational Background
- Graduation Degree
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Groups; preferably in a DMC in UAE handling various markets
Knowledge and Skills
- UAE Destination Knowledge
- Product Knowledge - Familiar with UAE Hotels, Excursions
-Relationship with Hotels/ Suppliers
- Relationship with MICE/ Group Agents from Source Markets
- Reservation Process especially making group quotes
- Communication & Negotiation skills
- Time Management & Organization

Language - Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
