Minimum Qualifications:

• Four Years of Litigation and Trial Experience: We require a minimum of four years of hands-on experience in litigation and trial work. Show us your brief writing, deposition, argument, and courtroom skills!
• : A persuasive and articulate brief can make all the difference in a case. We're looking for a lawyer who can craft compelling arguments with precision and eloquence. Being able to prepare motions, briefs, and pleadings is a must. We are looking for a lawyer that we don't need to micromanage and one who doesn't need another lawyer over their shoulder checking their work.
• : Experience working with small businesses, drafting simple contracts, and understanding small business (basic) financials is a huge plus.
• : Take the initiative and be proactive, we are looking for a lawyer that is tired of working on the same tasks, interested in the varying nature of litigation, and is looking to grow with a growing law firm. Your ambition and drive will be highly valued at Kaminsky Law. WE HATE TO MICROMANAGE!
