Job Title: Growth Engineer

Location: Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore

Shift Timings: Evening / Night Shift: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM

Experience Required: 2–4 years (Engineering with hands-on growth experimentation experience)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from:
LUMS, LSE, FAST, PU, GCU, or COMSATS

Mandatory Previous Experience:

Candidates must have worked at one or more of the following organizations:
Xeven Solutions, Arbisoft, ArhamSoft, PureLogics, or DevBatch

Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Growth Engineer who blends strong engineering skills with outbound and growth execution. This role is responsible for building scalable growth systems, automating outbound workflows, and running data-driven experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion channels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments and takes ownership of revenue-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and execute growth experiments across product and outbound channels
• Automate and optimize LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, and similar outbound workflows
• Build and continuously improve lead acquisition and conversion funnels
• Implement tracking, analytics, and performance dashboards to measure growth initiatives
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams
• Rapidly prototype, test, and ship growth-focused features and tools
• Analyze experiment outcomes and iterate quickly based on data insights

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong engineering background in JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python
• Experience working with frontend and/or backend systems
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, Apollo, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of growth funnels, outbound sales, and lead generation
• Experience with analytics, tracking, and experimentation frameworks
• Ability to execute independently, move fast, and take ownership

Nice to Have:

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Segment
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
• Knowledge of email deliverability, warm-up, and automation systems
• Prior startup or agency growth experience
