Role Purpose


The Growth Executive analyzes the client’s current state and develops growth and transformation recommendations by leveraging the full Mplus solution architecture—Consulting + Technology + Operations.

This role is a blend of strategy consulting, customer experience design, and operational improvement.


Responsibilities


Client & Market Analysis


• Analyze clients’ operational processes, KPIs, organizational structure, and bottlenecks.

• Conduct industry research, benchmarking studies, and best-practice analyses.

• Review customer journeys to identify critical touchpoints and opportunity areas.


Value & Growth Strategy Development


• Translate insights into concrete growth recommendations.

• Develop end-to-end solution packages aligned with the Mplus solution architecture (Consulting + Technology + Operations).

• Prepare business cases (ROI calculations, cost savings, performance improvements).

• Create presentations and deliver findings to clients.


Consulting Project Participation


• Take an active role in projects from diagnostic analysis to solution/experience design and transformation planning.

• Support teams during the initial phases of project implementation.

• Track KPIs, measure impact, and report outcomes.


Internal Collaboration


• Work with the AI & Technology team to connect AI opportunities with transformation projects.

• Collaborate closely with Operations to validate the feasibility of proposed solutions.

• Partner with the Sales team during proposal development and client presentations.


Candidate Profile


Required Skills & Experience


• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business analysis, CX, or operational improvement.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced presentation development skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• High level of technology literacy.

• Strong written and spoken English.


Preferred


• Knowledge of AI-driven process improvement.

• Familiarity with CX KPIs (AHT, FCR, NPS, SLA, Churn Rate, etc.).
