In just a year, we’ve grown into a team of 15 passionate builders from top universities, launched our platform, secured investment from amazing angel investors, and already reached more than 55,000 students. And this is only the beginning.

Why this role is special

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and curious Growth Intern to join our team. This isn’t about making coffee runs—you’ll be directly shaping how Madlen grows, reaches new audiences, and tells its story.

You’ll explore everything from social media content to newsletters, from competitor research to program applications. If you’re excited by the idea of learning fast, experimenting, and making an impact on thousands of teachers and students, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Create and manage social media content and publishing calendars .
• Track performance metrics and highlight insights.
• Conduct competitor research and share recommendations.
• Curate, summarize, and prepare weekly and monthly newsletters .
• Support applications for grants, competitions, and partnerships.

What you’ll bring

• Passion for education, technology, and startups.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Research-driven and eager to learn.
• Good command of English (reading & writing).

Bonus points for

• Experience with Canva, Figma, or other creative tools.
• Previous work with newsletters, blogs, or social media.
• Interest in community building and brand growth.
