As Growth Lead, you will:

• Craft and execute a data-driven country strategy that establishes nsave as a leading financial player for nsave’s Egyptian customers, ensuring our offering resonates with customers.
• Build and nurture nsave communities of users, advocates, and partners who trust and champion nsave.
• Partner with grassroots organizations, universities, and community groups to increase financial literacy and make fintech solutions more accessible.
• Own user acquisition strategies, including paid media campaigns, referral programs, and customer conversion funnels.
• Proactively optimize retention and ROI while identifying insights that drive growth.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to troubleshoot and solve challenges that impact conversion rates and user experience.
• Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to derive insights, track performance, and make data-backed decisions that fuel growth.
• Track KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing strategic recommendations to enhance our growth strategies and position us as leaders in the market.
Communicate insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decisions shape the future of nsave in your specific market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a growth-focused role within marketing, fintech, or a similar industry.
• Expertise in digital marketing metrics and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
