Role Overview

Upmotion is hiring a Growth Manager for its product LEAP to own and execute user growth, brand awareness, and community expansion. This is a hands-on role focused on building acquisition channels, running outbound outreach, growing social presence, and activating startup ecosystems.

This role requires strong execution, ownership, and the ability to build systems from zero.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition and activation across founders, investors, and operators
• Build and execute growth strategies across outbound, social, partnerships, and events
• Own LEAP’s social media presence and content distribution
• Run cold outreach campaigns and optimize conversion funnels
• Build and manage founder, investor, and ecosystem databases
• Plan and execute meetups, networking events, and community activations
• Track growth metrics and report performance regularly

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in growth, marketing, sales, or community roles
• Strong outbound experience (cold messaging, lead generation)
• Experience growing social media or digital communities
• Exposure to startups, tech, or business ecosystems
• Strong communication and execution skills
