We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive the growth and performance of Autobia’s managed B2B marketplace. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Procurement, and Product, ensuring strong supply-demand matching, high execution quality, and scalable category growth.

This role requires strong commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to improve marketplace conversion, and repeat usage.


Responsibilities

  • Own and drive marketplace growth metrics including SKU coverage, quote-to-order conversion, repeat purchase rate, and fulfillment performance.
  • Translate marketplace demand signals into actionable supply and category priorities.
  • Identify bottlenecks across the marketplace funnel and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them.
  • Align Sales and Procurement to ensure customer demand is matched with reliable and scalable supply.
  • Partner with Product Managers to provide data-driven insights and shape roadmap priorities that improve marketplace performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketplace performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Establish and run operating cadences such as weekly demand and supply planning, and category performance reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketplace processes, playbooks, and execution standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketplace growth, commercial operations, category management, or business development in a B2B or platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply-demand dynamics and operational execution.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.
  • Experience in B2B marketplaces, ecommerce, or supply chain-driven businesses is a plus.
  • Experience in the Saudi market or regional ecosystem is a plus.
