Job Title: Growth Manager
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience
About the Company:
Stixor Technologies is an AI and technology consultancy delivering enterprise AI products, digital transformation, and infrastructure solutions across Pakistan and the MENA region. We work with enterprise clients across telecoms, energy, fintech, legal tech, and government.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Growth & Revenue Marketing Manager to build and own the marketing-to-revenue pipeline. This is not a content-for-content’s-sake role. Every activity you execute should connect to a funnel stage: generating awareness among our ICP, capturing and nurturing leads, or enabling the sales process to close deals. You will be the single owner of Stixor’s demand generation engine, working directly with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Thought Leadership
- Own and grow Stixor’s LinkedIn presence as the primary channel; identify and recommend additional platforms as needed.
- Execute a consistent LinkedIn publishing cadence: long-form thought leadership, founder positioning posts, technical insights, and polls to drive algorithmic reach.
- Track engagement breakdown by geography and seniority; optimize for GCC C-suite and director-level visibility.
- Grow follower base month over month with a focus on senior decision-makers, especially around event periods.
Respond to all comments and DMs within 24 hours — no message goes unanswered
Partnerships, Events & Industry Presence
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities each quarter with tech companies, innovation hubs, and academic institutions.
- Organize or secure webinars, seminars, and speaking opportunities targeting Stixor’s ICP segments.
- Coordinate tech workshops with universities and industry bodies.
- Scout relevant mid-tier and boutique events (local and international) for leadership attendance.
- Own full event branding readiness: booth design, decks, brochures, and interactive demo materials.
- Publish event coverage content within 24 hours of event close.
SEO & Organic Discoverability
- Ensure all long-form content is SEO-optimized: keywords, structure, metadata, internal linking.
- Drive month-over-month organic traffic growth on the blog and key landing pages.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research aligned to ICP search behavior.
- Maintain GA4 and Google Search Console tracking accuracy.
Lead Generation Assets
- Create monthly lead magnets: gated PDF case studies, industry reports, ROI calculators, or toolkits.
- Build landing pages for lead capture tied to content campaigns and events.
- Design and execute email nurture sequences for captured leads (event attendees, content downloaders, webinar registrants).
- Initiate and maintain meaningful industry conversations on LinkedIn and relevant communities.
Content Engine
- Deliver a steady pipeline of ICP-focused content each month: structured case studies, technical blogs, and insight articles.
- All content must clearly articulate Stixor’s value proposition and be immediately usable by sales.
- Convert complex technical information into compelling stories for the website, press, and pitch contexts.
- Produce dedicated sales enablement materials for Stixor’s products: one-pagers, feature comparisons, and use-case decks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong English communication skills — you can make technical things compelling.
- Professional-level social media management, with demonstrated LinkedIn expertise.
- Experience building lead generation funnels: gated content, landing pages, email nurture.
- Basic to mid-level video editing: reels, highlights, event coverage.
- Deep understanding of branding, corporate identity, and tone of voice.
- Confidence in outreach and public representation at events.
- RFP/tender document literacy and attention to compliance detail.
- Understanding of the SaaS, tech, and AI ecosystem — you can speak credibly about what we build.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and agents — you use AI to accelerate your own work, from prompting to content generation to research.
