Growth Manager - Business Development Partnership

Role Overview – Manager Growth| Partnership & Business Development

PURPOSE

We are looking for a results-driven Growth Manager to lead company onboarding, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. If you understand the corporate ecosystem and know how to close deals while maintaining long-term relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities.

  • Drive lead generation through LinkedIn, digital channels, and professional networking.
  • Manage and mentor the Business Development team, setting and tracking KPIs.
  • Qualify leads and ensure seamless handover for deal closure.
  • Actively participate in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and achieve targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
