Growth Marketer

Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Marketer (Organic & Demand) to own and execute our organic demand generation efforts for international B2B tech clients.

This role focuses on generating sales-qualified inbound leads through content-led SEO and LinkedIn distribution, with a strong emphasis on lead quality over traffic volume.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own organic growth execution end-to-end with a lead-generation mindset
  • Plan and execute content + SEO strategies aligned with B2B buyer journeys
  • Identify and target high-intent, decision-stage keywords for services
  • Optimize website pages for:
  • Lead capture
  • Clear conversion paths
  • Sales-qualified inbound traffic
  • Track and optimize performance using GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Measure success based on lead quality and conversion, not rankings alone
  • Distribute and position content via LinkedIn to support demand generation
  • Apply semantic SEO and GEO fundamentals to build topical authority
  • Optimize content for AI/LLM-based search visibility (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

Required Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or content-led marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B inbound lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Clear understanding of funnels, buyer intent, and conversion-focused SEO
  • Awareness of modern GTM, LLM search behavior, and evolving SEO trends
  • Execution-focused, analytical mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B software services or agencies
  • Basic exposure to email marketing or lead nurturing workflow
  • Familiarity with ABM or demand generation concept

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
