Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer/ Growth Marketer to manage and grow our online presence for a fashion and textile clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the clothing and fashion brand.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule engaging fashion-related content, reels, promotions, and campaigns.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Monitor website performance and improve conversion rates for the e-commerce store.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, influencers, and content creators.
- Conduct SEO and keyword optimization for product pages and blogs.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify/WooCommerce reports.
- Manage influencer collaborations and affiliate marketing programs.
- Track fashion market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
- Support seasonal launches, sales campaigns, and new collection promotions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, apparel, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of fashion branding, textile products, and online customer behavior.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
