About the Role
In this role, you will drive performance marketing efforts, oversee multichannel campaign execution, and ensure consistent traffic growth to key content properties. You will work closely with content, SEO, and social teams to create cohesive growth strategies that align with our editorial direction and audience targets.

Key Responsibilities
Design, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and X (Twitter) to drive qualified traffic and engagement.
Amplify top-performing content, including insights, reports, and newsletters, to maximize impressions, CTRs, and conversions.
Develop targeted campaign clusters for specific content categories such as markets, newsletters, industry deep dives, and trending stories.
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, ad copy, and audience segments to identify high-performing combinations.
Manage and track campaign budgets efficiently to ensure strong ROI and minimize CPA.
Grow social presence—particularly on X and Instagram—through a blend of organic tactics and paid amplification.
Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards, delivering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Partner with content, analytics, SEO, and social teams to ensure unified, audience-first growth strategies.
Stay updated with evolving advertising tools, platform best practices, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing or digital performance roles.
Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and X.
Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and performance measurement tools.
Familiarity with SEO concepts, especially in financial, digital asset, or technology-focused environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setup.
