We’re looking for a B2B Growth & Brand Strategy Lead to own how our technology-led solutions are positioned, discovered, and adopted in the market. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys building brands, generating demand, and turning market insight into revenue impact.
You’ll work closely with sales leadership, founders, and external partners to shape messaging, run high-impact campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility across digital, content, PR, and events.

What You’ll Own
Growth Strategy & Market Positioning
Define and execute a marketing roadmap aligned with business growth and revenue targets.
Craft clear positioning, narratives, and value propositions for different customer segments.
Partner with leadership and sales teams to support market entry, expansion, and pipeline acceleration.
Digital Presence & Content Ecosystem
Own the social media presence end-to-end—strategy, calendar, execution, and performance.
Lead content initiatives across blogs, thought leadership, PR articles, and campaigns.
Work with agencies and freelancers to create, refine, and maintain high-quality content.
Drive SEO initiatives and organic growth in collaboration with specialist partners.
Brand Identity & Creative Direction
Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.
Review and guide design assets, presentations, marketing collaterals, and campaign creatives.
Continuously evolve brand expression to stay relevant in a competitive B2B landscape.
Campaigns, Insights & Performance
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events.
Track campaign performance, engagement, and lead quality using data and insights.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
Events, PR & Ecosystem Building
Drive participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums.
Support PR outreach and media engagement to build credibility and visibility.
Identify strategic partnerships and ecosystem collaborations.
Sales Enablement & Alignment
Enable sales teams with pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and sales narratives.
Ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to lead generation and deal conversion.
Maintain strong alignment with CRM and sales data (Salesforce experience preferred).

What Will Make You Successful
MBA in Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
7-15 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven marketing roles.
Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Strong experience working closely with sales and leadership teams.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Proficient with presentation tools and marketing analytics.

Nice to Have
Exposure to industrial tech, automation, robotics, logistics, or deep-tech domains.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slintel, or market intelligence tools.
Hands-on familiarity with Canva, Adobe, Gamma, or similar creative tools.
Background in startup or high-growth environments.
