Description:

The Head of Growth is responsible for scaling acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue across all CFI markets. This role oversees the full growth ecosystem across web, mobile, performance marketing, product growth, SEO, ASO, and lifecycle marketing. The position balances multi-channel growth efforts, ensuring that no single channel dominates the strategy.


Main tasks and responsibilities


Growth Strategy

  • Develop a unified growth strategy across web and mobile funnels, ensuring balanced investment and performance
  • Align growth initiatives with CFI’s global expansion goals and product roadmap
  • Adapt strategies based on market dynamics, regulatory environments, and customer behavior

Multi-Channel Customer Acquisition

  • Own acquisition across performance marketing, paid search, paid social, display, influencers, SEO, and ASO
  • Build data-driven workflows that optimize conversions throughout the lead journey
  • Ensure mobile app acquisition complements web acquisition, supporting a unified funnel
  • Drive App Store Optimization efforts to grow organic mobile installs without overshadowing broader acquisition goals

Web and Mobile Product-Led Growth

  • Improve onboarding flows across web and mobile, including registration, KYC, first deposit, and first trade
  • Partner with product teams to optimize conversion funnels and user experience
  • Implement A/B tests to reduce friction and improve activation metrics
  • Ensure cross-device consistency to support seamless user journeys

Marketing Automation and Lifecycle

  • Own marketing automation systems powering onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and retention
  • Build automated workflows across email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Work with CRM and data teams to develop segmentation models and personalized journeys
  • Implement behavior based triggers for onboarding, inactivity, education, and cross-selling

Retention, Engagement, and Monetization

  • Create lifecycle and re-engagement strategies across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app communication
  • Develop segmentation frameworks to personalize messaging for different trader profiles
  • Build win-back programs and engagement loops that increase trading frequency and lifetime value

Analytics, Attribution, and Experimentation

  • Own the attribution framework across mobile and web, ensuring full visibility from lead to active trader
  • Use MMPs, analytics dashboards, and product signals to optimize performance
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPI, CPA, verification rate, deposit rate, active traders, LTV, churn, and ROI
  • Provide structured insights and recommendations to leadership through reporting and dashboards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, compliance, country teams, and creative teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Adapt growth initiatives to regional market nuances and regulatory contexts
  • Ensure all growth activities align with brand, compliance, and product strategies


Education and Experience

  • 7 plus years in growth, performance marketing, product growth, or fintech marketing
  • Proven success scaling acquisition and retention across web, mobile, SEO, ASO, and multi-channel funnels
  • Experience in multi-market environments, ideally within fintech or trading
  • Strong analytical skills in funnel optimization, forecasting, attribution, and experimentation
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, plus solid knowledge of mobile app marketing and ASO
  • Ability to manage multiple growth levers without over-indexing on one channel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
