Job Summary

The product zerotyping.ai is an early-stage AI SaaS company launching an AI-powered voice dictation platform. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Project Manager to own and execute our launch and growth plan.

This is not a strategy-only role.
This role is about execution, ownership, and results.

You will work directly with the founder to turn a clear strategy into weekly execution, manage freelancers, ship assets on time, and track growth metrics end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall marketing and growth plan
• Break strategy into weekly tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Hire and manage freelancers, including: Copywriters, Video editors, Performance marketers, SEO writers (later stage)
• Create clear briefs and review freelancer output
• Ensure landing pages, videos, ads, and email campaigns ship on time
• Set up and monitor basic tracking, funnels, and conversions
• Run weekly reviews and report key metrics to the founder
• Identify issues early and propose practical solutions
• Keep execution simple, fast, and focused on results

• Launch assets delivered on schedule
• Clear activation and retention data
• Consistent weekly user sign-ups
• Real user testimonials collected
• One or two acquisition channels working reliably

Requirements

• Experience working on SaaS or app launches
• Proven experience managing freelancers
• Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Notion, or similar
• Understanding of funnels, onboarding, and basic paid advertising
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently without hand-holding

Nice to Have

• Product Hunt launch experience
• Early-stage startup experience
