· Manage drip sequences, nurture flows, and campaign automation.

· Lead with distributing product updates, launches, and training announcements when campaigns require multi-channel alignment.

(Primary content ownership is not this role, but collaboration is essential.)

· Support campaign content needs with drafts, research, positioning, and SEO keyword alignment.

· Work with the writer/SEO agency to develop or refine content aligned to demand gen goals.

· Assist with updating website content, CTAs, landing pages, and campaign-related assets.

Paid Advertising & SEO Coordination

· Act as the day-to-day internal support for our ad/SEO agency.

· Ensure campaigns are properly briefed, targeted, and aligned with sales and product priorities.

· Monitor analytics and surface insights to the CSO and marketing team.

· Collaborate with Downstream Marketing to develop ad creative and visuals.

Cross-Team Collaboration (Shared with Marketing Team)

· Sales: Align on messaging, audience segments, and follow-up workflows.

· Product: Support feature launches, messaging, and customer adoption email campaigns.

· Support & Implementation: Build or assist with communications that help guide users through onboarding, migrations, or new training programs.

· Work jointly with the Downstream Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency across all assets.

Tradeshow, Events & Webinars (Shared Responsibility)

(Downstream Manager owns creative/event branding; you support pipeline objectives.)

· Help with event promotion, lead capture workflows, retargeting, and follow-up campaigns.

· Coordinate registration links, tracking, landing pages, and promotional emails.

· Assist Sales with post-event nurture automation and analytics.

Social Media Support (As Needed)

(Downstream Manager owns primary execution.)

· Contribute campaign messaging, posting calendars, and analytics as needed.

· Assist with writing or optimizing posts tied to product launches or demand gen initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

· 1–4 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (SaaS preferred).

· Understanding of CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Customer.io, etc.).

· Strong analytical mindset; comfortable digging into performance metrics.

· Ability to write clear, concise marketing copy.

· Experience building dashboards or reports (HubSpot, GA4, Looker, etc.).

· Background in customer lifecycle marketing or user engagement programs.
