Growth & Organizational Development Consultant

Lahore, Pakistan

Role Review:
We need a hands-on consultant who will: assess our current problems, design growth and organizational strategies, and implement an actionable plan — including building and optimizing our LinkedIn profile and outreach. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative thinking with operational discipline and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Conduct a clear diagnostic of current organizational bottlenecks and growth gaps.
  • Create a prioritized, practical growth roadmap (short-term wins + long-term strategy).
  • Design and implement a LinkedIn strategy (profile, content pillars, audience growth, outreach templates).
  • Advise on branding, positioning, and go-to-market messaging using our existing experiences as core assets.
  • Provide templates, playbooks and coaching so internal team members can continue execution.
  • Measure outcomes: set KPIs, run A/B tests, iterate based on data.
  • Offer occasional hands-on support during rollout (content, campaigns, or partner outreach.

Requirements:

  • roven experience growing organizations, startups or programs (consulting, growth, marketing, or strategy roles).
  • Strong LinkedIn expertise — building profiles, organic growth, and professional outreach.
  • Creative thinker with practical execution skills — able to move from big ideas to concrete steps.
  • Excellent communication in English; ability to produce clear playbooks and training material.
  • Portfolio or case studies showing measurable growth outcomes.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and coaching internal teams.
