We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to strengthen our presence in the Pakistan market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through effective business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership plans to achieve growth targets.
- Manage the complete business development cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to support business growth and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Growth, or Partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Fintech, Lending, or Payments is an added advantage.
