The Growth Product Manager at TheSkinFit is responsible for driving sustainable business growth across the platform by owning campaign strategy, pricing, website performance, and customer journey optimization. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, commercial, and data translating growth opportunities into structured plans, experiments, and execution.

The role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional execution to improve sales, profitability, and customer engagement across the full funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Ownership

  • Define and execute growth strategies across campaigns, pricing, promotions, and website experiences.
  • Own key growth metrics including GMV, conversion rate, repeat purchase, and contribution margin.
  • Develop quarterly and annual growth roadmaps aligned with business goals and category priorities.
  • Identify growth levers through customer journey analysis, funnel diagnostics, and market insights.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning including mechanics, pricing strategy, hooks, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (social, performance marketing, web, design, category, and commercial teams) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Define campaign targets, monitor performance, and optimize in real time.
  • Build post-campaign analysis and translate learnings into repeatable growth frameworks.

Website & Customer Journey Optimization

  • Own website growth initiatives focused on improving conversion, order value, and customer experience.
  • Plan and execute offers, pricing visibility, creatives, and merchandising strategies that drive orders.
  • Improve customer journey across discovery, consideration, checkout, and retention stages.
  • Identify friction points and propose data-backed improvements to increase engagement and sales.

Pricing, Commercial & Profitability Planning

  • Lead retail pricing strategy, competitor benchmarking, and promotional pricing decisions.
  • Work with commercial and supply teams to align stock levels with growth plans and campaign demand.
  • Own projections, sales plans, and profitability models for campaigns and ongoing growth initiatives.
  • Balance growth with margin discipline to ensure sustainable profitability.

Data, Reporting & Experimentation

  • Analyze performance data to track growth KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
  • Drive structured experimentation (pricing tests, offer tests, funnel improvements) to validate hypotheses.
  • Build reports and dashboards to communicate insights, projections, and growth plans to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, or commercial strategy roles, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG businesses.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze trends, interpret experiments, and guide decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with growth frameworks and funnel analysis (e.g., AARRR, conversion optimization).
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, campaign planning, and customer lifecycle management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
