Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and technically astute Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our platform. You will be the key liaison between engineering, and the executive team, translating market problems into detailed, technically sound product requirements.
You will lead a cross-functional product organization, Product Managers, UX/UI, Analytics, and Engineering partners—to create delightful user experiences, drive business growth, and build long-term competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Identify new product opportunities, features, and growth initiatives for user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Build a customer-first product culture rooted in data, experimentation, and innovation.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the product management team.
- Foster collaboration between Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Create a high-performance environment focused on ownership, speed, and impact.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, planning, execution, QA, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize product initiatives using data insights, market trends, and business needs.
- Develop and monitor product KPIs, dashboards, funnels, and performance metrics.
- Lead a structured experimentation framework (A/B tests, CRO, user behavioral analytics).
- Partner with Marketing teams (SEO, SEM, Growth) to enhance acquisition and conversion.
- Explore opportunities in personalization, AI, automation, and digital mobility solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12+ years of product management experience in high-growth technology companies.
- 3–5+ years in a leadership role managing PMs or cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience owning and scaling large consumer-facing products (marketplace, e-commerce, mobility, or fintech).
- Strong understanding of user funnels, growth metrics, CRO, and product analytics.
- Ability to translate business strategy into execution through clear roadmaps.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Designing simple and intuitive user interfaces, depicted in wireframes and mock-ups
- Good sense for user experience and can paint a vision and give clear directions to UX designers, UI designers, and engineers
- A solid understanding of the technology behind online products and being comfortable leading a group of engineers in product initiatives
- A data-driven approach to product management and being comfortable with digging into large data sets to extract trends and insights
- Ability to extract and prioritize user insights to drive product strategy
- Understanding of online marketing and experience optimizing online acquisition channels will be highly regarded
- Understanding the technology behind online products and being comfortable leading a group of engineers in product initiatives
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
- Experience with Project Management and Task Management tools like Asana, JIRA, Redmine, etc.
