About the Role


At Akakçe, we are scaling our web and mobile platform to handle millions of daily users. We are looking for a Growth Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for high-impact projects and work closely with product and data teams to create seamless experiences for visitors.

Requirements


2–3 years of experience in Growth, CRM, or Retention, preferably in gaming or e-commerce .

Hands-on experience with Adjust ; familiarity with tools like Firebase, Amplitude, or Branch is a plus.

Strong knowledge of retention metrics, LTV calculation , and cohort analysis.

Experience with push/email/SMS campaign tools (OneSignal, Braze, Iterable, etc.).

Analytical mindset, result-oriented, and comfortable working with data.

Experience in A/B testing processes.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Being an agile-minded team player, having good communication skills,

Eagerness on self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented,

Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills,

Open to feedback, good team player, result oriented attitude and analytical mind,

No military obligation for male candidates.


Nice to Have


Previous experience in gaming studios or e-commerce platforms .

Experience with loyalty/reward programs, upsell & cross-sell strategies.

Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.


Responsibilities


Track, analyze, and optimize app performance using Adjust .

Calculate and monitor key metrics such as Retention, LTV, and CAC , and run cohort analyses.

Plan, execute, and optimize push notifications, email, and SMS campaigns with proper segmentation and personalization.

Support CRM operations : segmentation, automation, and dynamic content preparation.

Run A/B tests to improve user journey and campaign performance.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to develop effective growth strategies.

Prepare regular reports and present insights to management.

Stay up-to-date with mobile growth and e-commerce trends.
