Growth/Performance Marketer (SEO & SEM)

We are looking for Growth/Performance Marketer(SEO & SEM) for our leading UAE based Audit Firm located at Karachi.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Growth / Performance Marketer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience and a strong command over SEO and SEM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, improving conversion rates, and scaling digital performance through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, search, display, and remarketing channels.
• Own end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to maximize organic and paid growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
• Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Manage budgets and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align growth initiatives.
• Stay updated with latest SEO/SEM trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and SEM (Google Ads, PPC).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and keyword tools.
• Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaling digital campaigns for B2B or B2C brands.
• Understanding of paid social channels (Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus.
• Certification in Google Ads or Analytics (preferred).
