ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a skilled GTM (Product Specialist) to oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.

岗位职责:

• 参与产品类别的市场与竞争分析，为GTM策略制定提供深入的行业洞察和数据支持。
• 基于综合市场分析，协助制定并实施复杂的产品定位、定价策略、销售渠道和推广计划。
• 与产品开发、销售、市场营销和客户支持团队密切合作，确保策略在组织内部的有效沟通与执行。
• 参与关键GTM项目，协助计划制定、资源配置、风险管理，并对项目执行过程进行监控和优化。
• 分析和评估GTM活动的成效，包括销售数据、市场反馈和ROI，根据分析结果调整市场策略。

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in market and competitive analysis of product categories to provide in-depth industry insights and data support for GTM strategy formulation.
• Based on comprehensive market analysis, assist in formulating and implementing complex product positioning, pricing strategies, sales channels, and promotion plans.
• Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies within the organization.
• Participate in key GTM projects, assist in planning, resource allocation, risk management, and monitor and optimize the project execution process.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of GTM activities, including sales data, market feedback, and ROI, and adjust market strategies based on the analysis results.

任职要求:

• 拥有市场营销、商业管理或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。
• 0-1年产品相关经验，有消费电子行业或者零售行业GTM经验更佳。
• 具备出色的跨部门沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 精通市场分析工具和数据分析软件，如CRM系统。

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of product-related experience, preferably with GTM experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
• Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Proficient in market analysis tools and data analysis software, such as CRM systems.
• Location: Position available for Dubai, UAE and also for Riyadh, KSA.
• Language: English (Mandatory) and Chinese (Preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
