We are seeking a results-driven GTM Strategist to develop, execute, and optimize go-to-market strategies for our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market research, positioning, audience segmentation, and cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product launches and revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and campaigns.
  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for target audiences.
  • Create strategic execution plans aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Build customer segmentation models and personas for focused targeting.
  • Identify gaps in the market and areas of product innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure GTM alignment.
  • Communicate GTM plans and support internal teams with messaging, assets, and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmaps based on market insights.
  • Campaign Management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft integrated campaigns across digital, social, and sales channels.
  • Oversee content creation, communication strategies, and launch materials.
  • Manage timelines and ensure flawless execution of GTM plans.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Set KPIs and success metrics for product launches and GTM programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver GTM performance reports to leadership.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, or business strategy roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of sales processes, digital marketing, and product lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments is a plus.
