Guest Ambassador (Top of the Rock - Rockefeller Center)

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

Schedule: 25 hours/week | Shifts between 7:30AM–3:30PM or 3:00PM–11:00PM/12:00AM
Business Hours: Monday–Sunday, 7:00AM–12:00AM

What You'll Do

Guest Experience

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information and answer questions clearly and confidently.
Guide guests through the start of their experience and offer directions as needed.

Guest Support

Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
Share relevant updates on events, programming, and offerings.

Operations & Team Support

Communicate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Share guest feedback with management.
Support team needs and adapt to changing priorities.

Safety & Compliance

Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
What You Bring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
Ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced setting
A friendly and approachable presence
Flexibility to work outdoors, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
Background in guest engagement, entertainment, or high-touch service environments is a plus
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift 10–20 lbs. as needed
