Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Guest Receiving Officer to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in customers.
  • Coordinate table allocation and seating arrangements.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant.
  • Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
  • Manage phone calls and reservation requests professionally.
  • Monitor waiting lists and update guests on seating availability.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Support management in maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

  • Female candidate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and guest-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of front-desk and reservation management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations is preferred.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
